Signing this form will confirm that Aleksandar Jason Photography/Weddings will fully commit to your date, your requirements and that you to also agree to all of the following
Form is available as a digital PDF, updated form as of 12.08.22
ALL IMAGE RIGHTS will belong to Aleksandar Jason Photography*
* Couples are also encouraged to voice their opinion if they would like images not shown online, Aleksandar understands your rights and of course, respects your opinion
*IMAGE RIGHTS; images are not be to offered to any other vendor, for promotional usage without photographers understanding.
Couples are encouraged to print their images once received, Aleksandar does ask that all couples are to consult with him prior to making any prints as he wishes to assist with some recommended places (your images can be printed via yout pictime gallery)
Aleksandar will contact the bride/groom a month/week prior to the wedding to discuss day plans, updates or family photo requests. Couples are welcome to contact Aleksandar at any time.
GST prices are included in all packages and offerings, Aleksandar Jason Weddings is a GST/ABN registered business and complies with all legal matters.
Aleksandar Jason Weddings uses MYOB and Borg Accountants for all banking and accounting matters.
All images posted to social media must credit Aleksandar Jason Weddings as @aleksandarjasonweddings
ALL international/interstate bookings will need to confirm details of accom/flights + travel 6 Months pre-wedding date.
Weather cancellations or adjustments will need to be discussed with me at least 2 days prior to your date
In the situation of a family matter/emergency or other, Aleksandar Jason agrees to amend and organise a photographer to assist.
All photography sessions/locations must be discussed prior to confirmation
All venue/vendor changes need to be discussed prior to confirmation
Airbnb locations must be open to having their houses shared online, please check the fine details prior to booking any Airbnb houses for prep on the day.
Videographers will need to be in contact with me prior to the wedding, please arrange an email or phone exchange.
INSURANCE/ NEGLIGENCE / LIABILITY
Aleksandar Jason Weddings is insured and obtains Public Liability, if a Cert of Currency is needed by your vendors please seek form.
All family guests are welcome to bring their own photography gear, please understand that i do respect your guests but if you wish to have an unplugged ceremony - you understand that I will not have any right or say on their usage of their gear and the images.
However, Aleksandar is at no fault if guests interrupt with the days proceeding - Couple must advise guests prior day. Any drama caused on the day, must be discussed at completion. Guests are to be advised that moving, touching or handling of Aleksandar’s gear is non-acceptable.
If an uncontrollable matter occurs e.g. “ceremony/venue staff or a member of the wedding jeopardises footage by either moving gear, interfering with documentation or damaging gear - Bride and/or Groom must comply and work out a solution or agreement to resolve the matter
Deposit is due within 7days of signed terms and conditions form
ALL DEPOSITS are NON REFUNDABLE.
50% Deposits are the initial fee amount for all packages, and discounted prices
*Discounted prices only occur between the couple and the photographer.
Aleksandar Jason encourages couples to open discussion about a 25% x 2 deposit.
All payments (Deposit/s or Final Payment) are to be paid with invoice or reference number.
CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation fee of 25% (from total remaining fee) if wedding is cancelled 1months before date of wedding. This is if said wedding has not been postponed. Please discuss
Aleksandar Jason Weddings will not refund deposit or any fee’s paid for if wedding is CANCELLED no matter the situation, all cancellations need to be discussed prior.
Your date is locked into a calendar months prior to the day, please remember that any cancellation does cost me other potential bookings. Bookings for specific dates also cause a domino effect as I have planned the following day to suit my upcoming commitments. E.G interstate weddings and abroad.
COVID19 has caused a lot of stress for all, sadly any wedding that is cancelled must forfeit their deposit if a solution is not discussed or worked upon. Aleksandar Jason Weddings understands the drama, and is willing to work on a postponed date. All dates are to be discussed.
PLEASE do not book a new date, if your current date is affected by any personal or global matter . Aleksandar can not stress enough of what this will cause you with any date changes, for his services and your other vendors.
FULL PAYMENT TO BE MADE 1-4 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING
/ WEDDING PAYMENTS CAN BE ADJUSTED TO PERSONAL AGREEMENTS
COVID/ILLNESS
COVID and other illness’ will always be a factor in our daily lives. If however Aleksandar Jason Weddings falls ill, he will have a photographer booked and ready to go.
COVID affected couples will need to discuss plans with Aleksandar Jason Weddings and all vendors prior to making adjustments to future dates
IMAGES
Aleksandar edits all galleries, no image or content is outsourced.
Full completion of wedding images - 1 Month from the date of your wedding, the longest Aleksandar Jason Weddings will allow is up to 2-Months of waiting time.
Completion of Wedding images will depend on the time of year - there will be a slight delay if your wedding does happen to occur during the busier months of November-February. This will be discussed prior or post-wedding. Couples please understand that your images will fall into line with any previous wedding edit.
Image sneak peeks will be sent to the couple the very next day or following days.
PICTIME galleries are safe, secure and only for your eyes and those who you wish to share the link with.
PICTIME is a cloud service, all images will be online for up to 2 years. Once this timeframe is met, images are to be deleted by myself.
PLEASE understand that your USB is a keepsake, if damaged or lost. Aleksandar does not replace USB. Images will be sent to you via PICTIME.
Images that gifted within your package are a gift, these do not cost or add value to your package - if however you wish to select said images prior to receiving your package - please make sure to contact Aleksandar prior your wedding day.
USB and PICTIME galleries are the exact same gallery!
All couples from 2020 must comply with Aleksandar Jason’s plan to move away from USB and slowly transition into Cloud Servicing
Extra Hours added to the wedding day will result to $550* p/hour , these can only be made closer to the wedding day.
INLOVE SESSIONS - All pre wedding photoshoots must be shot 3 months before the wedding. Any INLOVESESSION not booked in prior to wedding will be forfeited. INLOVE SESSIONS can be requested to be post wedding shoot if you wish to take your outfits on a roadtrip.
Second Shooters are only recommended if you wish to have a large distance between prep locations. Booking a second shooter at the full fee will cover their time from start to finish.
Second Shooter does not own image rights, these images will be represented by Aleksandar Jason Weddings. All images shot by said Second Shooter will be delivered to Aleksandar in a safe manner.
Second Shooter is selected by Aleksandar, there are a selection of individuals that have worked with Aleksandar in the past. Photographers are selected upon availably and likeliness and are of similar style to Aleksandar Jason.
Extra Hours are an additional cost, and will be subject to the year you book Aleksandar Jason Weddings*
Assistants booked for your wedding, will be an additional cost and will be subject to the year you book Aleksandar Jason Weddings*

ALL PRICES WILL INCLUDE GST AS I AM A REGISTERED ABN
